Head of Operations

Responsibilities:

• Participation in strategy development
• Development and construction of an effective organizational structure for the operational department in the Company
• Organizing the work and effective interaction of all subordinate units, taking measures to improve the efficiency of their work
• Ensure uninterrupted, reliable and efficient services provided
• Monitor or develop and implement technological and administrative solutions that will improve business results
• Identification and assessment of new business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams towards shared goals and objectives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
• Strategic and analytical mindset
• Financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and financial performance metrics
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and flexibility to adapt to changing business priorities
• Experience in a similar position for at least 5 years, with experience in managing the operational activities of a company in the country
• Good knowledge of relevant operating laws.

Language knowledge:

• English – fluent
• Russian – fluent
